Available cuts depending on stock are: Sirloin, Ribeye, Tomahawk, T-Bone, Whole Picanha. AD Butcher & Steak's specials include high-quality Dry Aged Steak processed professionally in a specially made dry aging chamber from 30days up to 120 days. This process results in deeper, softer meat and also creates a unique flavor. Our meat is 100% chilled and NEVER frozen. All our steaks are certified halal by JAKIM.
